(Democrat and Chronicle staff photo by Nicole Jarrett 05282008) *** SPOTLIGHT*** After reading the book, Last Child in the Woods, by Richard Louv, Pat Brown nurse at Canal View Elementary School in Spencerport decided children should be outside more often. So for this year’s “No Child Left Inside” themed Annual Health Fair the 3rd through 5th graders moved outdoors to the school’s nature trail. There they had stations with educators to teach the children about plants, water, animals, fishing, and numerous other facts about nature.
